Richard C. Bursey, CPA

Richard serves as a Tax Manager at Anstiss & Co., where he provides tax preparation, and accounting/advisory services to small to medium-sized businesses, as well as individual income tax preparation services. Prior to joining Anstiss & Co. in 2023, Richard spent more than 30 years in public accounting between three firms in New England.
