Chanboramey Phorn, CPA, MBA

As an Audit Manager for Anstiss & Co., P.C., Chanboramey (Hoon) is responsible for planning and conducting financial statement audits, single audits, and reviews for not-for-profit organizations as well as audits of employee benefit plans maintained by not-for-profit organizations.

Hoon joined Anstiss & Co. in 2016. During her tenure, she has specialized in not-for-profit organizations, gaining experience with not-for-profit organizations in a wide variety of industries, including community action agencies and properties funded by the U.S. Department of Urban Development (HUD).
